Please use this form to register for any BALLET classes you will be taking at PSB. For tumbling, please contact the instructor for information on tuition payment. Payment of tuition is generally due by the first day of classes. If you are starting mid-month, please talk to the instructor about a pro-rated tuition and how to set up for the following month. We are not currently taking any more students for the 2008-2009 school year, as we are almost finished. Thank you!
